HOW IT WORKS
PERFORMING INNOVATION
The System performs biocidal functions in viruses and bacteria through a 254 nm UV-C irradiation technology accelerated by photocatalytic oxidation by means of oxidants such as titanium dioxide in the anatase phase, apatite, zinc trioxides generating hydroxyl radicals OH• leading to the mineralization of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).
The UVC lamp with a wavelength of 254 nm acts as a bactericide with a mechanical effect without emitting ozone.
UVC radiation has a photolytic effect on DNA, microorganisms such as bacteria, molds, yeasts and viruses cannot replicate. The sanitizing effect is obtained with wavelengths lower than 320 nm, with a maximum effectiveness at 260 nm. Our germicidal lamps emit light at 254 nm, approximately 85% of maximum efficacy and are ozone-free.
Scientific studies have highlighted the efficacy and presence of a strong charge of OH• hydroxyl radicals produced from alloys of conductive materials such as: titanium dioxide in the form of anatase, apatite and zinc trioxide. The longer adherence time on the photocatalytic surface allows the total mineralization of all airborne pathogens. The mechanical effect of the UVC also allows the elimination of all bacterial and virucidal charges.
This project was designed for small spaces thanks to the stand alone model or for environments where centralized air conditioning is present, our system can be integrated and customized with all systems: VMC - HVAC - UTA.

Simple and versatile installation with correct sizing of the module according to the air flow rate of the ventilation system. Maintenance replaced every 9.000 working hours with replacement of the UVC lamp. Integration of E.T. Nano in central emission plenums or in single delivery points.
